ZzzPedic Refund Policy

At ZzzPedic, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you in the refund process.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under certain conditions. For physical products, eligibility includes receiving items that are defective or damaged, items that do not match the description provided on our website, or orders that are canceled within 2 days of purchase. This also includes products returned before 90 days after the date of purchase. This is part of our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. Regarding digital products and services, refunds may be considered for unauthorized charges or billing errors, services that were not rendered as described, or canceled subscriptions within the specified cancellation period. It is important to note that customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within seven to ten business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and situations are not eligible for refunds. These include our cooling bedsheets, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, and products that were purchased on sale or with discounts. Please be aware of these exclusions when making a purchase.

5. Exchanges
